About Us
Consult With Kay was born out of a passion for providing knowledgeable information to business owners to better manage their buildings. Our founder, Kay, began her journey as an Admin Assistant for a large NYC luxury company. She then transitioned to an Executive Assistant role for a medium-sized Property Management company, where she created the role of Compliance Director. This role involved vetting potential clients and providing continuous oversight of NYC building codes and filings. With a wealth of experience in Property Management since 2017, Kay has handled everything from Elevator/Boiler filings and modernizations, Tax certiorari filings, ECB/Oath court, advising on permits, large renovation projects, to HPD filing and violation clearing.
